BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — INVESTMENT ACQUISITION

About the position

Pakistan | Hybrid | Finance & Investment | Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a driven and well-networked Business Development Executive to spearhead investment acquisition efforts in Pakistan. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on originating, developing, and closing capital relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, venture capitalists, and angel networks. The ideal candidate brings an established portfolio of investor relationships and a proven track record of raising capital or bringing in financial accounts within the Pakistani market. This is a hybrid role — remote-first, with in-person presence required for business meetings, investor presentations, and deal closings. POSITION DETAILS Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + In-person for meetings & closings) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investment Origination & Acquisition Identify, prospect, and engage potential investors including VCs, angel investors, family offices, and institutional funders active in Pakistan Leverage an existing network of investor relationships to generate qualified leads and initiate conversations around investment opportunities Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective capital partners and advance them through the deal cycle Pitching & Deal Execution Develop and deliver compelling, customised investment pitches tailored to different investor profiles Collaborate with the founding team to refine pitch decks, investment teasers, and financial materials Lead investor negotiations, manage objections, and drive deal closings Attend in-person business meetings, investor briefings, and closing sessions as required Relationship Management & Portfolio Growth Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with capital partners and investors Manage ongoing investor communications, follow-ups, and reporting Build strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders Monitor Pakistan's investment and finance landscape and identify new opportunities REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Admin, Economics or related) Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, investment sales, or financial account management — with demonstrable success in capital acquisition Industry: Banking, Investment, or Financial Services Key Skills: Investor prospecting · Deal origination · Pitch delivery · Financial analysis · Negotiations · Relationship management Languages: Urdu & English (professional proficiency) Location: Pakistan (available for in-person meetings as needed) PREFERRED PROFILE Active portfolio of investor relationships across Pakistan's financial ecosystem Prior experience raising capital, closing investment rounds, or managing institutional accounts Strong understanding of Pakistan's capital markets & regulatory landscape Self-starter who can independently manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: PKR 60,000/month Performance Commission: Up to USD $10,000 (based on investment closings) Work Arrangement: Hybrid — remote with in-person for meetings & closings Only candidates with a demonstrated track record in investment acquisition or financial business development within Pakistan will be considered.
