About the position
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality service. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers, ensuring smooth handling of queries and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing customer request queues, conducting detailed account research, and escalating technical matters when necessary. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, shift-based environment. A strong understanding of online systems and customer-facing processes is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. Responsibilities: - Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and requests - Conduct customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations) - Manage and maintain customer request queues efficiently - Escalate technical issues and coordinate with relevant departments - Participate in team meetings and adhere to internal procedures Key Requirements: - Fluency in German (written and spoken) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - At least one year of relevant work experience preferred - Proficiency in internet-based systems and software - Minimum high school or post-secondary education This position operates on a shift basis, covering 7 days a week, with a total of 40 working hours per week. #LI-DNPAbout the company
