The role will involve: Leading and developing the Biology curriculum Teaching Biology across KS3, KS4 and KS5 Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Biology examinations Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the Science department Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development You will play a key role in shaping the direction of Biology within the school while ensuring students continue to achieve strong academic outcomes.
