Technician Production Support This is your mission Are you passionate about supporting Capital Markets environments and solving complex technical and functional issues? Then this position is for you. As an Technician Production Support , you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of critical Back Office applications and acting as the single point of contact for users—providing fast, reliable, and structured support in a dynamic ecosystem.: Build side: Contribute to the deployment of vendor applications (e.g., STET, TARGET2, RAMSES, CLS). Participate in documenting functional and technical issues identified as bugs. Support the improvement of monitoring and alert processes. Help enrich internal knowledge bases and operational procedures. Collaborate with development teams when escalations or structural fixes are required. Run side: Provide Level 1 functional and technical support to Back Office teams for applications such as Calypso, Murex, and internally developed tools. Analyze incidents, resolve them when possible, or escalate to the appropriate teams while ensuring follow-up. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and regular status updates during blocking incidents. Monitor and act on technical alerts received in shared mailboxes. Perform daily control tasks, beginning-of-day checks, and structured daily feedback. Work in rotation shifts to guarantee a service window from 07h00 to 18h00 GMT and ensure presence during bank holidays. This is your background You have a solid understanding of Capital Markets Operations , including products such as Securities, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange. You enjoy application support, thrive in fast-paced environments, and value structure, communication, and efficiency. This is your expertise: Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint). Basic knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes. Motivation to grow in Application Support (Level 1). IT experience or exposure to UNIX, SQL, XML, or VBA. (Nice to have) This is how you work as part of a team: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
