Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist with LinkedIn LTS Experience – Relocation to Greece (Microsoft Project)

About the position
This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultant on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece. About the Role We are hiring Dutch-speaking professional with experience using LinkedIn recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions. You will support corporate users of LinkedIn Talent Solutions products while working on projects for leading multinational companies, including Microsoft. The role focuses on assisting customers with LinkedIn Recruiter accounts, job postings, and candidate management tools. Full relocation support and paid training in Athens, Greece are provided. Responsibilities Customer Support: Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, or chat in Dutch. Resolve user issues related to account access, platform navigation, and tool functionality. Provide clear guidance on product features and best practices. Escalate complex technical cases to specialized teams. LinkedIn LTS Support - Assist customers using LinkedIn Talent Solutions tools (Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Job Ads). - Support job posting setup, campaign activation, and account configuration. - Help users search for candidates, manage pipelines, and understand tool features. - Guide customers on troubleshooting issues with access, licenses, or posting visibility. - Maintain accurate case records in CRM systems. Requirements: Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1–C2) - mandatory. English language (B1) - mandatory. EU citizenship - mandatory. Willingness to relocate to Greece. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools. Ability to handle customer interactions independently. Experience working with LinkedIn Talent Solutions tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Job Ads, Talent Insights, or similar) - nice to have. Experience using CRM or ticketing systems - nice to have. Experience in recruitment, HR, sourcing, or ATS administration - nice to have. Experience in customer support or helpdesk roles - nice to have. Interest in working in an international corporate environment. Salary & Benefits: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month, paid 14× per year.
