German Speaking Customer Service Representative Online Retail Project Location: Umhlanga, South Africa (On-site) Start Date: April Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Contract Type: Full Time Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month + Benefits Job Overview We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa . This is an on-site role suited for customer-focused professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Language Requirements German: Fluent / Native level English: Advanced (for internal communication and training) Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, email, chat) Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support Provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience Follow internal procedures and service guidelines Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets Requirements Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory Relocation & Benefits 1x local flight to Durban before start date 20 nights accommodation provided (location selected by the employer) Competitive monthly salary Full paid training Career development opportunities Supportive and international work environment
