This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks. What You'll Do: Communicate with clients to understand needs and preferences Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups Provide timely updates and professional support Ensure accuracy and a high-quality client experience What We're Looking For: Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service or coordination experience (preferred, not required) Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, LATAM, or Spain.
