About the position

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Red Hat Engineer with 3 – 5 years of experience in Linux system administration, container platforms, and enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), automation tools, and container orchestration using Red Hat OpenShift. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) servers. Manage patching, upgrades, system hardening, and performance tuning. Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift. Support containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes. Implement automation using Ansible and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Nagios or Grafana. Support cloud and hybrid environments across major cloud platforms. Manage virtualization platforms and support on-prem to cloud migrations. Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and documentation standards. Required Skills 3 – 5 years of hands-on Linux administration experience. Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Experience managing Red Hat OpenShift environments. Knowledge of automation, scripting (Bash/YAML), and DevOps practices. Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts. Experience supporting development, testing, and production environments. Preferred Certifications Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
