An inspiring and forward-thinking secondary school in Bristol is seeking an exceptional Head of Art to lead and further develop a vibrant and successful Art department from April. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for an experienced Art specialist who is passionate about creativity, curriculum innovation, and raising standards across all key stages. The Role As Head of Art, you will: Lead and shape the strategic direction of Art across KS3 & KS4, with potential KS5 provision Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment within the department Develop an ambitious and engaging curriculum that promotes creativity and technical skill Support, mentor, and develop departmental staff Champion enrichment opportunities including exhibitions, competitions, and cross-curricular projects You will maintain a teaching timetable and model outstanding classroom practice.
