Job Title – Commercial Bank Leading Specialist / Sales Location – Raleigh, North Carolina Base Salary – $130,000 – $165,000 JOB# 83418913 Industry: Financial Services – Commercial Banking Job Category: Sales / Marketing – Business Development / New Accounts Position Overview: The Commercial Banking Equipment Finance Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new business opportunities by working closely with commercial bankers, clients, and prospects. This role focuses on originating equipment finance transactions, expanding the banks commercial client base, and driving revenue growth through new and existing relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business from commercial banking prospects and existing client relationships. Partner with commercial bankers to identify and structure equipment finance transactions. Promote equipment finance solutions, including true lease products, to bank clients and prospects. Manage financing needs for capital equipment purchases for commercial clients. Meet with lessees to discuss equipment acquisitions and close lease and finance agreements. Expand prospect and end-user volume within an assigned geographic territory. Attend cross-functional bank meetings to identify new opportunities with Regional Managers and their clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity and keep relationship managers informed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment finance, commercial banking, or a similar sales-focused role. Strong knowledge of equipment finance pricing, structuring, and documentation. Proven ability to generate new business and close complex financial transactions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
