Marketing Customer Service – Lisbon onsite Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site Contract Type: Full-time Schedule: Rotative shifts, including weekends Language Requirements Brazilian Portuguese + English B2 Job Overview We are hiring Customer Service Agents for international digital environments. The role involves customer support, service assistance, and user communication in a fast-paced, professional customer service setting. Salary & Bonuses Base salary: 920€ per 14 months Complexity bonus: 40 € per 11 months Accomodation offered General Candidate Profile Mandatory experience in paid campaign management with a solid background in Digital Marketing Degree in Marketing or a related field Previous experience in a contact centre/service program within an Advertising Tech environment Strong customer-oriented mindset, social media fluency, and ability to work both independently and in teams Benefits Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day Health insurance International work environment Legal Requirements Candidates must hold EU ID, EU Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa Type D + NIF .
