About the position
What you'll do: Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts. Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service. Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and support strategic decision-making. Work in the US time-zone Who you are: -Fluent in English (at least C1 or more) -Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations -Experience in an international company would be a plus -Self-confident, team player, committed and results-driven What we offer you: -A competitive monthly base income in USD -Achieve monthly bonuses with your own performance (no max limit!) -Work with an international team Job Type: Full-time, US contract
