Marketing Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive (Brands) to join our client's team - HYBRID The selected candidate will support the Marketing Manager in the execution of daily marketing activities, helping to strengthen brand visibility, coordinate campaigns and events, and support effective marketing communication across different channels. Responsibilities: Drive brand visibility and growth across trade channels while ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand standards. Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, brand events, promotional activities and displays to maximise customer engagement. Conduct market research, monitor trends and analyse campaign performance, preparing regular reports on results, budgets and marketing activities. Develop and publish engaging content across social media, while supporting media relations, press releases and other marketing communications. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, media outlets and key stakeholders, while coordinating closely with the sales team and supporting marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in marketing or a related role, together with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deliver to a high standard. Good knowledge of social media, web analytics, MS Office and graphic design software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English, with good presentation and interpersonal skills. Creative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; a driving licence is required. #LI-JA1
