We're looking for Polish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Sofia, supporting customers across both voice and chat/email channels. Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time Work Model : Hybrid (Office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email Provide exceptional customer service for client products and services Address customer concerns and provide solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Support both Polish and English customer lines Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and policies, delivering prompt responses.
