Back-End Java Developer

About the position

We are looking for a Back-End Java Developer to join our team and work on high-impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility. Location Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 595, Rincón del Bosque, Bosque de Chapultepec I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11580 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico Work Model First 90 days: Office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday After 90 days: Option to reduce to 2 office days per week (based on performance) Home office: Monday and Friday Requirements 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices) 2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns) 5+ years working with SQL databases Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar tools Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience leading technical teams , with concrete examples of leadership in projects Fluent English (B2+), mandatory, used daily Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory) Nice to Have Experience with PL/SQL Worked with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of Angular Experience with Docker and Kubernetes This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on professional growth.
