This role is designed for commercially driven professionals who can onboard, advise, and grow high-potential companies within a fast-paced, tech-focused advertising environment. You'll work closely with new and emerging businesses, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of digital advertising solutions, optimize performance, and unlock long-term growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients as a strategic advisor Design, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns Conduct outbound calls to engage, consult, and upsell services Understand client objectives and tailor data-driven advertising strategies Increase campaign spend through value-based upselling and optimization Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM tools Manage a high volume of client interactions in a structured, goal-oriented environment Candidate Profile Native-level Dutch or Danish + fluent English Background in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles (18–24 months) Strong understanding of PPC, ROI-driven campaigns, and digital advertising ecosystems Confident communicator with presentation and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making Understanding of GDPR and data privacy expectations in European markets What's Offered Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid role in Barcelona Structured onboarding and continuous training Clear performance-based growth and progression framework International, high-performance, and collaborative work environment Relocation support available where applicable Referral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for successful referrals (depending on language/project)
