The Role We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our B2B SaaS and data integration solutions across a global customer base. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, control financials, and drive structured execution across complex, multi-stream initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our project management framework — ensuring consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across delivery teams. What You’ll Be Doing Project Delivery Plan, execute, and deliver SaaS and data integration projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines Define clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics Ensure structured project governance and proactive issue resolution Cross-Functional Leadership Lead and coordinate engineering, QA, data operations, and customer-facing teams Drive accountability and clarity of roles and responsibilities Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders Align expectations, manage communication, and ensure clear reporting Translate technical complexity into business-relevant insights Financial & Commercial Oversight Manage project budgets and resource allocation Ensure accurate time tracking and billing of project-related work Monitor performance against commercial targets Risk & Quality Management Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests Ensure high standards of delivery quality and customer satisfaction Maintain clear documentation and audit-ready project artefacts Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain core project documentation (project plans, risk logs, status reports, retrospectives) Provide regular KPI-driven reporting to leadership and clients Contribute to evolving and improving our internal project management standards and best practices What We’re Looking For Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years’ experience in project management within a SaaS or technology environment Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects Technical & Operational Skills Experience managing API-based solutions, data services, or system integrations Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Project, or similar Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery methodologies Financial & Commercial Awareness Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting Strong attention to detail around time tracking and billing Communication & Leadership Exceptional written and spoken English Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Strong facilitation, coordination, and decision-making skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About Us Arrive — including brands like EasyPark , Flowbird , RingGo , ParkMobile , YourParkingSpace , and Parkopedia — is a leading global mobility platform.
