Job Title: Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon Location: Kingston, Jamaica Positions Available: 1-2 Contract Type: Full-Time, 3-Year Contract About Us: We are a premier luxury spa and wellness center located in the heart of Jamaica, offering cutting-edge aesthetic treatments in a serene and tropical setting. Our facility combines holistic wellness with state-of-the-art medical aesthetics, attracting international and local clientele seeking exceptional surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services. We are now expanding our medical team and seeking skilled, passionate, and patient-focused Cosmetic or Plastic Surgeons to join our elite practice. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cosmetic surgical procedures, including but not limited to: Liposuction Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Breast Implants (Augmentation Mammoplasty) Surgical Face Lift (Optional but preferred) Provide in-depth consultations, assess patient suitability, and manage pre-operative and post-operative care Work collaboratively with our medical spa and wellness team to deliver integrated treatment plans Ensure compliance with the highest standards of medical ethics, safety, and hygiene Maintain accurate records and documentation Contribute to the spas reputation for excellence by delivering outstanding results and patient satisfaction Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) Certified and licensed as a Cosmetic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon Experience: Minimum 2-3 years hands-on surgical experience in cosmetic procedures Proven proficiency in liposuction, tummy tucks, breast surgeries Face lift experience is a plus Licensing: Eligibility for local medical registration/license in the Caribbean/Jamaica Other Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to client confidentiality and professionalism Flexible and adaptable to working in a resort/spa environment Willingness to relocate and commit to a 3-year contract How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit the following: Updated CV Copies of certifications and licenses Portfolio and references (if available)
