The Opportunity & Contract Profile Join the operational leadership team of an Outstanding school. This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive professional with strong practical and management skills to oversee all premises functions. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Part-time hours may be considered for a highly experienced candidate. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Supervision of site staff, delegating tasks, and managing performance. Compliance & Safety: Maintaining security systems and ensuring the site meets all statutory regulatory requirements. Facilities Management: Managing minor repairs, coordinating major contractors, and assisting with the preparation of facilities for school events. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Proven experience in premises management and strong H&S knowledge. Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £34,000 – £40,000+ FTE). Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
