Global Remote Recruiter (International Markets) Location: Remote Industry Focus: Staffing, BPO, Virtual Assistants, Small Business Support About Us We are a fast-growing staffing and talent solutions company helping small and mid-sized businesses in the U.S. hire high-quality remote professionals. We specialize in placing talent across operations, sales, admin, marketing, and customer support roles. What You'll Do * Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles (VAs, operations, sales, admin, marketing, etc.) * Source candidates using: * LinkedIn * Job boards * Social media * Referrals and outbound sourcing * Screen candidates through resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments * Coordinate interviews and communicate clearly with candidates throughout the process * Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Manatal) * Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets * Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer What We're Looking For * 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruiter * Experience hiring for remote or international roles is a big plus * Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) * Excellent interviewing and people assessment skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once * Comfortable working with ATS platforms (Manatal experience is a bonus) * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Tools You'll Use * Manatal (ATS) * LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing * Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 * Zoom / Google Meet * Internal messaging tools (Slack, Teams, etc.) What We Offer * 100% remote work * Competitive compensation based on location and experience * Clear performance metrics and growth opportunities * Training, playbooks, and ongoing support * Long-term role with a stable and growing company How to Apply Apply with your resume and a short note explaining: * Your recruiting experience * Types of roles you've hired for * Regions or markets you specialize in
