Role Status & Location Role: Caretaker (Site Support Staff) Sector: Outstanding Ofsted-rated School Borough: Harrow (Outer London). Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & Contract Profile Join the dedicated premises team of an Outstanding school committed to maintaining a high-quality environment. This role requires flexibility and practical skills to support the daily running and security of the school buildings and grounds. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Working Hours: Standard school support hours (flexibility required for key holding). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises. Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and ensuring all maintenance logs are accurately recorded. Support: Assisting the Site Manager with porterage and supporting cleaning operations as needed. Essential Requirements & Benefits Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a site support role, good communication skills, and a commitment to site safety and security.
