Sales Executive – US Cold Calling (B2B Software & Digital Services) Job Title: Sales Executive (US Cold Calling – Night Shift) Department: Sales Number of Vacancies: 2 Job Type: Full‑Time Work Mode: Onsite Only (No Remote / No Hybrid) Location: Etihad Town, Lahore Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Notice Period: ASAP / Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview We are hiring experienced Sales Executives with strong US cold calling expertise for B2B software and digital services sales . This is a performance‑driven onsite night‑shift role designed for professionals who have proven results selling digital services to the US market . This role is NOT suitable for freshers, customer support, or call center agents . We are strictly looking for sales closers with hands‑on cold calling experience and a strong command of English. Key Responsibilities Perform high‑volume cold calling to US‑based B2B prospects Pitch and sell software solutions, digital services, and IT products Qualify leads, understand business needs, and close deals Handle objections and follow up professionally to close sales Maintain accurate sales records and daily performance tracking Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 1+ year in US cold calling sales (mandatory) Proven experience selling B2B digital services or software solutions Excellent spoken English with neutral or US‑friendly accent Strong cold calling, persuasion, and closing skills Ability to work independently in a night‑shift onsite environment Results‑oriented mindset with a hunger to earn commissions Mandatory Hiring Criteria (Please Read Carefully) Must have US market cold calling experience Must be from Software / Digital Services sales background No fresh graduates No customer care / support representatives No remote work – onsite only Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 Commission: 10% bonus in USD on each sale Average commission: $100 per sale Additional Incentives: Daily bonuses Weekly bonuses Monthly bounties High‑earning potential for strong closers Why Join Us?
