A respected Independent School in York is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join its successful English department from January 2026 . About the Role: This full-time role involves teaching English Language and Literature across KS3–KS5 , contributing to curriculum development, assessment planning, and enrichment opportunities such as debating and creative writing. About the School: The school educates approximately 800 pupils and is known for its excellent pastoral care, strong academic results, and supportive leadership. English is a flagship subject, supported by small class sizes and a culture that values creativity and critical thinking.
