This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in January 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with the Science Department to provide technical support for practical lessons, ensure equipment and materials are prepared and maintained, and help create a safe and inspiring learning environment for students. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience working as a Science Technician Experience working in a school environment Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a lab environment Good organisational and communication skills Ability to prepare, maintain, and manage laboratory equipment and materials A passion for science and supporting student learning Legal right to work in the UK School Information This is an outstanding mixed secondary school located in Maidstone, renowned for its thriving Science department and advanced facilities.
