Your Role as Art Teacher: 🔹 Plan and Deliver Lessons – Teach a variety of art forms to students at different levels. 🔹 Foster Creativity – Encourage students to express themselves artistically and develop their skills. 🔹 Organize Art Exhibitions – Showcase student work through exhibitions and public performances. 🔹 Assess and Support Progress – Provide tailored feedback to support individual student development. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching art, preferably in an independent school setting. ✅ Passionate About Art – A genuine passion for the arts, with the ability to inspire and engage students in creative learning. ✅ Creative & Inspiring – A creative approach to teaching that fosters an engaging and hands-on learning environment. ✅ Skilled in Multiple Art Forms – A solid background in traditional and contemporary art techniques, with the ability to teach a variety of media and disciplines. ✅ Empathetic & Supportive – An understanding and patient teaching style, capable of guiding students with varying levels of ability and fostering confidence in their work. ✅ Strong Communication Skills – The ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents to support students’ artistic and academic development. ✅ An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
