Role Overview As the PPA Cover Teacher, you will: Deliver planned lessons across various subjects for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 during teachers’ PPA time. Ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Support pupils’ engagement, behaviour, and progress during lessons. Collaborate with class teachers to follow lesson plans and use resources effectively. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in primary education across KS1 and KS2. Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of teaching situations. Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
