History ECT required January 2026 Mixed secondary school based in Witham History ECT to join a reflective and highly supportive Humanities department Our Client is seeking a History ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 History within a supportive and academically ambitious school in Witham. The successful candidate will receive structured guidance in curriculum delivery, assessment and classroom management through an established ECT support framework. School Information This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,280 pupils and is well known for its strong academic culture, consistent behaviour standards and high-quality pastoral care. The History department delivers a well-sequenced curriculum that encourages critical thinking, extended writing and historical interpretation.
