The school needs an expert capable of managing a complex portfolio of buildings, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring rigorous statutory compliance across the estate. The role demands high-level strategic planning and robust contract management skills. Core Responsibilities & Scope Strategic Visionary: Developing and implementing long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies and managing major capital expenditure projects. Contract Crusader: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S, Fire, Water), negotiating and managing all external service contracts. Team Leader: Leadership, training, and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities management within a large institutional environment. Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be £58,000 - £70,000 per annum), reflecting the independent sector and Inner London weighting.
