About the position

Hirelink , specializing in the Tourism & Hospitality sector, is seeking an Immigration Lawyer or Law Parter for a high-volume partnership and long - term partenship. The Project: We manage recruitment for major hotels across Greece and require legal assistance for the Residence Permits (Metaklisi) of third-country nationals. Volume & Compensation: We are looking for a partner who understands economies of scale . Estimated Volume: We anticipate processing 50 to 200 applications for the upcoming season. Target Budget: Due to the standardized nature of the files and the high volume, our target fee is €30 per applicant (net). Responsibilities: Handling the electronic submission and follow-up of the "Metaklisi" process. Ensuring files are complete and compliant with Decentralized Administration requirements. Requirements: Ability to process bulk applications quickly. Experience with the specific electronic platform for Metaklisi. Capacity to handle 50-200 + cases within deadlines.
