About the position

Our Client, a leading independent school in Reading , is seeking a Business & Economics Teacher from January 2026 to teach KS4–KS5 , lead enterprise initiatives, and contribute to the school’s strategic partnerships with local and national businesses. School Information With an 11–18 roll of around 850 pupils , this independent school is renowned for combining academic achievement with entrepreneurial experience. The Business & Economics department features a dedicated “Innovation Hub” with simulated trading environments, access to financial software, and links with major UK firms. Teachers have opportunities to lead enterprise challenges, investment clubs, and business mentoring programmes, helping students prepare for degrees and careers in finance, management, and economics.
