Job Title: Manager PPC & Operations Department: Production Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience: 3–4 Years Salary: PKR 80,000- 100,000 Location: Sialkot Role Overview The Manager PPC & Operations will be responsible for production planning, process coordination, and operational efficiency . This role focuses on PPC activities, BOM management, consumption planning, and ERP-based production control to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) to meet delivery timelines Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for production processes Plan and monitor material consumption to reduce wastage and control costs Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP systems Monitor production schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks Improve operational efficiency and workflow processes Requirements 3–4 years of experience in PPC or production operations Strong knowledge of PPC, BOM, and consumption planning Hands-on experience with ERP systems Good understanding of production workflows and inventory control Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
