B2B Digital Sales Specialist - French + English Start Date: 12 January 2026 Location: Sofia (role is remote within Bulgaria) Work Model: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00 Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus We are seeking a French-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to support business development activities across digital advertising solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced sales professionals residing anywhere in Bulgaria. Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B cold calling and build qualified pipelines Support clients in identifying digital growth opportunities Meet KPIs and quarterly sales objectives Maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation Requirements Fluency in French (minimum C1) and good English communication Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience , ideally in tech or digital advertising Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification methodologies Ability to work remotely from within Bulgaria Salary Conditions Bonus paid quarterly, not monthly 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter Relocation Package Sofia (if applicable) Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months 10 hotel nights + breakfast 1056 BGN salary advance deducted in 3 monthly installments
