Customer Service Expert

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon . This is an exciting opportunity that requires technical background or curiosty with French, Italian, German or Dutch fluency. Starting Date: December 11th Working Model: On Site in Lisbon Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone Deliver top-quality service for international clients Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM systems Requirements Fluent French, Italian, German or Dutch speaking skills Previous experience in customer service (preferred) Ability to work shift-based Strong communication and problem-solving skills Creativity and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments EU passaport holder or already in Portugal (with residence card) What We Offer 1.000 - 1.300 euros monthly gross salary (14 times in a year) and other benefits Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment Career development and internal growth opportunities Supportive team and modern office environment !!!
