We are looking for a motivated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role, you will help maintain a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project , working in shifts to ensure platform safety around the clock. Key Responsibilities : Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines. Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content. Resolve reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a safe and enjoyable online community. Accurately follow content moderation processes and guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures. What We're Looking For : Language Skills : Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken). Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to professionally handle sensitive and graphic content. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment , including weekends and holidays.
