YouTube Customer Support Specialist (PPS) – German Speaker Location: LACS Santos, Spain Work Model: On-site Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026 Languages: German (Fluent) Working Hours: Rotative shifts, Monday to Sunday Shifts between 08:00 – 00:00 Shuttle service provided for late shifts Role Overview As a YouTube Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with platform-related inquiries, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels Provide guidance and support related to YouTube services Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Requirements German fluency required Experience not mandatory (training provided) Salary & Benefits Base salary (no experience): €15,260 gross per year Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (depending on profile)
