Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience and platform usability. Requirements: Native or fluent Croatian speaker. Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel booking is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
