Field Sales Agent - Telco & IT Products

Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agents to represent our brand and drive the sales of our telecommunications and IT products. This field-based position will involve active client engagement, prospecting, and on-ground product promotion to increase market penetration and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Prospecting: Actively prospect new clients and generate sales leads within the assigned territory. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions based on their needs. Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional campaigns to build product awareness and drive sales. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales opportunities. Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Regularly update management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Post-high school certificate or diploma is required. Age: Candidates must be under 35 years of age. Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications and/or IT products sectors.
