Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our U.S.-based customers, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll be working onsite in our brand-new facilities in Athens, supporting customers primarily through phone calls during the 3pm11pm shift (with potential shift changes from September).
