French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts) Important Note Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto will be considered. Job Description We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international company operating in the telecom sector. In this role, you will support customers by handling inquiries and providing solutions related to telecom products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related problems Document interactions and follow internal procedures Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality Requirements Native or fluent French (spoken and written) Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn Ability to work on-site in Porto Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 What We Offer Stable on-site position in Porto Full training provided International work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the telecom industry
