Industry: Car Rental Location: Malta Work Model: On-site Start Date: 2 February 2026 Languages: Italian + English Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 19:00 (8-hour shifts) Job Description As a Reservations Agent , you will assist customers with car rental bookings, provide product information, and support sales-related activities while delivering excellent customer service. Additional Benefits Performance Bonus: €2,000/year (pro-rated monthly, after 6 months) Sales Commission: Eligible 2 months after going live Language Allowance: €85/month Requirements Fluent Italian and good English Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset Flexibility to work rotating shifts Willingness to work on-site in Malta
