Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Organiser: Responsible for general opening and closing procedures, site security, and energy management (heating/lighting). General Upkeep: Executing minor repairs, basic painting, and essential routine maintenance across the allocated zone. Presentation Partner: Coordinating with cleaning staff and ensuring external play areas and pedestrian routes are kept clear and safe.
