Geography ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Colchester Geography ECT to join a collaborative and supportive Humanities department Our Client is looking for a Geography ECT to work within a large, well-organised mixed secondary school in Colchester. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and be fully supported through their induction programme with regular mentor guidance. School Information This 11–18 school educates around 1,250 students and continues to achieve excellent results, with 94% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Geography department is dynamic, promoting curiosity, sustainability, and analytical skills through project-based learning and fieldwork opportunities.
