We are looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project setting, working shifts to keep the platform operational around the clock. Key Responsibilities : Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Escalate sensitive or inappropriate content to ensure user safety. Quickly address reported content issues, maintaining a high standard of service. Accurately apply moderation processes, contributing to an excellent user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to refine content guidelines and policies. What We're Looking For : Language Skills : Fluent in Croatian and English (written and spoken). Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece. Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content effectively. Capable of handling sensitive material with professionalism and discretion. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle fast-paced tasks. Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment , including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not required.
