The Year 3/4 Teacher will run small-group tuition, monitor impact and support transition into Year 5. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver ambitious, sequenced Year 3/4 lessons with clear differentiation. Lead interventions and evaluate their impact to accelerate progress. Build strong relationships with parents and support pupils’ broader development. Person specification Qualified teacher with experience teaching mixed-age or Year 3/4 cohorts and demonstrable impact. Strong planning, assessment and classroom-management skills and a collaborative ethos. Committed to starting January 2026 and to attending induction and handover before January 2026.
