Key Responsibilities : Revenue Generation : Lead revenue generation efforts for both microfinance and insurance brokerage services. Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets. Microfinance Operations : Manage day-to-day microfinance operations. Optimize loan portfolio performance and collection processes. Insurance Brokerage : Drive client acquisition and insurance product sales. Foster strong relationships with insurance providers. Provide expert insurance advice to clients. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure rigorous compliance with microfinance and insurance regulations. Secure necessary licenses and approvals from authorities.
