Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Hebrew Speaker Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Work Schedule: 24/7 (rotational shifts) Languages Required: Hebrew + English Employment Type: Full-time Probation Period: 6 months Role Overview As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist , you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trusted online environment. The position focuses on reviewing and handling sensitive or complex online cases while ensuring compliance with platform policies and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide online support for specific trust & safety cases Review, assess, and take action on user-generated content in line with internal policies Identify potential risks, abuse, or policy violations Ensure accurate and consistent decision-making Maintain high quality and productivity standards Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes Handle sensitive content in a professional and objective manner Requirements: Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) Good command of English Ability to work on-site in Riga Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts Strong attention to detail and good judgment Ability to work with sensitive or challenging content Previous Trust & Safety, moderation, or support experience is a plus Salary & Benefits: Salary: €2,000 gross per month Full-time employment contract 6-month probation period International work environment Professional training and ongoing support
