Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – German Speaker Location: LACS Santos Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: 2 February 2026 Languages: German (Fluent) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Role Overview This senior role focuses on optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on Google Ads performance . You will work closely with advertisers to improve campaign results and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements Provide strategic optimization advice to clients Ensure best practices in digital marketing execution Work collaboratively with internal teams Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory) Strong analytical and optimization skills Fluent German communication skills Salary €23,000 gross per year
