What Youll Do Support customers with inquiries such as: o Nearest store locations. o Online product returns. o Complaints and issue resolution. o Stock availability checks. o Product reservation requests. Handle inbound calls (emails may be included later). Provide basic technical support when needed. Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
