Operations Director France

The opportunity TCR France operates a national network of 13 workshops with 100 plus colleagues, managing a large fleet of assets supporting critical airport operations. We are hiring a senior Operations Director to take full accountability for how this operation runs, every day, across the country. This is a role for someone who wants ownership and impact. You are the right hand to the Managing Director. This is not a coordination role. You own execution. What you will be accountable for: Safety first You set the standard. No compromises. Consistency and discipline across all sites. One way of running You bring consistency and predictability across the network. You build a clear operating model that works across sites while keeping local ownership. Performance under pressure You define KPIs, run a strong operating rhythm, and ensure delivery across availability, quality, productivity and cost. Customer credibility You are the operational counterpart for key customers. When performance matters, you step in. This is about delivery and trust. Leadership that sticks You lead site managers and operational teams, raise expectations and build accountability that lasts. Union dialogue You operate confidently in a unionised environment and maintain constructive dialogue while moving the business forward.
