A high-achieving 11–18 school in Worcester is seeking a motivated and curious Geography ECT to join its Humanities faculty from January 2026 . The School With a strong Good Ofsted rating, the school is known for excellent behaviour, positive relationships and a well-organised pastoral system. The Humanities block is modern, bright and equipped with large wall maps, digital visualisers and shared online resources. The Role You’ll teach Geography at KS3–KS4 with potential for A-Level exposure later in the ECT programme. The department has a well-sequenced curriculum that blends physical and human geography, supported by fieldwork opportunities across Worcester and the Malvern Hills.
